eBay label has already been used

I sold an item, downloaded the eBay generated label and took it to the post office. They said the label was already in use and couldn't send it. Seems there is no option to request a new label in the eBay app without cancelling the order and asking the seller to start again - which I want to avoid. Any advice?

If you used simple delivery and the size/weight/cost you listed is incorrect then the label becomes cancelled and you need to post out yourself at your costs.

Hmm, that doesn't make sense - I didn't list a size or weight or postage cost, it was autogenerated by ebay. I'll try and contact customer services if there is such a thing. Thanks anyway.
