I made a purchase of a product. The seller cancelled the purchase. He indicated that there was no product. I received an invoice for a refund. How did you pay, as that determines how long a refund takes, not ebay’s standard advice. If seller cancelled properly, that generates a refund, if you paid by credit card it can take up to 30 days, debit card 7 days.
