Refund return from guest account

Ordered through guest account. Received no email confirmation. Took photo of order number as eBay have done this before. Order arrived and it is incorrect. Ebay say I need email to arrange return. I do not have an email. I only have order number. Ebay say they will resend email using the order number. No email arrives (checked junk). Contacted company and they said I need to arrange returns through original email, again- I DO NOT have ANY email. How do I arrange a refund/return when the only information I have is the order number and the incorrect item. Please help.

The best option is  to get a new confirmation email using this link - https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/guest-order?topicId=4065&af=2. 

From there you will be able to select the view order details to open a case .
