Refund for multiple items

I ordered 4 items from one seller. None of them arrived. When I raised the issue on Ebay it did so as the bulk order for the full amount, however once this was escalated to Ebay they only refunded me for one of the items, not the whole order. What do I do? It's impossible to contact Ebay!

If each item had a different item number then you have to open a not received case for each item.
