Refund for item not arrived

I checked out as a guest as I didn’t want my kids seeing what I had bought. The item has passed the delivery date and I can’t contact the seller as it comes up with an error message. Seller also now has no items for sale. How do I actually talk to someone from eBay so I can get a refund.
