Refund buyer

I refused a refund by mistake and want to rectify it how do I go about refunding the buyer

Have they opened the relevant case?  If not,  ask them to do so,  as all refunds should be managed through a case the buyer opens.

 

Or, the item can be cancelled,  citing Buyer requests to cancel , this too,  will fully refund them.

Hi there yes the buyer did open a case,but I refused,due to the buyer stating it didn’t fit,but further into this,I discovered that the item I sold was counterfeit,which I didn’t realise,so now I want to refund the buyer,but because I declined,not sure how to put it right .

The problem is I refused the refund,because the buyer said the item was to small,but further into the conversation,the item was deemed counterfeit,which I didn’t know ,so now I want to reverse,the decline,but don’t know how too,

As papso has said, click on the item and then top left click on See Order Details.

 

From More Actions drop down menu on the right click on Send Refund.

 

If not possible on the app or mobile browser,  use a laptop / PC and Chrome to do this.
