Selling with 'out of office/away' message on

I put my I'm away message on four days ago. Yesterday someone bid on an item and subsequently won the auction.  They're now wanting to cancel as they say they want it ASAP and can see the message about a posting delay and want to cancel the purchase.  They haven't paid and I don't have a problem cancelling, I just wondered where I stand in terms of my response and the fact they've seen I'm away but still put a bid in. Thanks

They made an honest mistake, I don't use the iPhone,  but imagine some messages are not glaringly obvious, bid in haste and information can be missed.

Cancel the order citing ... Buyer requests to cancel,  this will not affect your selling performance.
