Refund a buyer for transaction over 4 months old.

Hello  I need to refund a transaction to a buyer in Brazil who bought a CD in December 2023. 

Over 4 months ago. 

The item was refused by Customs in Brazil twice and has been returned to myself. 

I will not be posting it again. I will re-list and sell to UK buyers only. 

So I need to make a refund for item and postage paid. 

Accessing transaction details does not enable me to process a refund. 

Item number is 276212036390

Can you help ? It is impossible to contact eBAY by telephone.

It's too late to refund via ebay so it would have to be sent as a payment using any method you can both agree, eg. Paypal, bank transfer, etc..
