Hi  item is showing delivered  but it was not delivered  it been 8 days I was waiting  and it's was showing item  was sending  to seller but today when I check  it's was showing  delivered  sellers also not replying my text

If your item has not arrived, and it is after the latest estimated delivery date, you need to open an 'item not received' case.

If the tracking shows delivered, check the address you used was correct, have a good look around your property, and ask neighbours if they have your parcel.

Report that your item hasn't arrived

You have up to 30 calendar days after the estimated delivery date has passed to report that an item hasn't arrived.

So, use the link I provided and start an item not received case.

If the tracking shows the item has been returned to the seller, you should get a refund.

But you need to open a case and start the process.
