Just after advice of what to do about damaged parcels and items.
I've now had at least six purchases in the last month where Evrii have crushed items/orders. I collect Funko Pop! figures and a large part of their value is how tidy the display boxes are.
The first couple, I 'd contacted the sellers and ebay and agreed to a partial or full refund on some, but after another two arrived today badly crushed, I'm looking how to approach Ebay themselves some sort of complaint regarding this issue, as it's becoming a chore with refund applications and don't want to look like I'm trying to scam people by claiming so many refunds from Ebay, especially shops I buy from regularly. The bot-help just recommends the refund route.
Any advice would be a help, thanks.
