Redunded then resold

So I bid on an item and won it, couple days passed, hadnt received it, checked my order and it was cancelled as item was damaged, now shes re-listed it! Kinda annoyed as id won this item, I guess shes trying to get more money for it, how are they allowed to do this?

Unfortunately nothing you can to get seller to post item to you.

You can still leave appropriate feedback, keep it simple so it can't be removed.

Something like "Seller did not honour sale"
