Reclaim Postage

Can I use or reclaim the paid postage on sales I’ve made that the buyer paid?

I had to buy additional and separate postage to cover the insurance.

No,  you cannot reclaim any extra postage neither from the buyer or from eBay.

As you have experienced,  it's essential to find out,  and to list for the correct postage price and cover so you are not out of pocket.

Any extra cover can always be added to the starting price of the item , if not covered in the  postage price.
