double postages for UK

i do need ebay charging my customers EXTRA CHARGES   as I sell under £20 this is covered already in my shipping and handling as cover from royal mail goes to £20 with a cretificate of posting . MY CUSTOMERS DO NOT NEED THIS SURCHARGE  in fact it is becoming impossible to sell to my customers in UK with these excessive charges . I GIVING THE ITEMS AWAY REALLY   5555 REGARDS EDDIE

The postal service that you choose is your "insurance" to be able to claim for lost or damaged items.

Your buyer's protection is through eBay's money back guarantee. I agree that eBay's new buyer protection fee for this is disproportionally high for low value items. You are not alone in complaining that this extra cost for sometimes a trivial level of protection is driving buyers away.
