Not sure if anyone has had this issue. I had an item I'm my basket and I checked out. I opted for the PayPal 3 installments option. This went through and the first amount has been taken from my bank although it states pending and not only that , the item purchased is still in my basket and not under purchases. I'm clueless, if it's in my basket what have I paid for ? I asked the seller what it shows as their end but no response. So currently I'm £86 down with apparently two more installments to go and an item in my basket that I had clicked to purchase. I'm lost
