Purchase history

Bought an expensive bbq off ebay over 10 years ago and now need to get spare parts. No model details on it or on booklet and can't find parts anywhere compatible.  History for purchase doesn't go back far enough,  how can I go back to see purchase details so I can possibly contact seller, if still in business

There is no way at all to find any of that information on eBay.   Purchase History and this only very recently,  now goes back 7 years.

Is there no makers mark on the BBQ to google the make and manufacturer ?

To be honest , it wouldn't be surprising if after 10 years,  the item has had many upgrades,  and those parts for your particular model may no longer be available.
