Is anyone else having an issue with the percentage on promoted listings? Absolutely sick of it now, I change my promoted listing percentage to my normal 4%. Every single time it keeps changing back to eBay suggested rate which is quite frankly always ridiculous. Why would I need to promote a brand new pair of Adidas sambas at 14.1% when it's an item that gets a lot of views with minimal promotion. Is there a reason the percentage keeps switching back to eBay's suggested? Has anyone else encountered this problem? Just seeing if there is anyway to prevent this happening before I phone up. A lot of time iam not noticing until something sells and they've taken 14% as well as fees .
