Hello all,
i purchased an item from a seller. I have since recieved a product recall notice for safety reasons for the item. The item was purchased new.
The seller is unable to repair or replace the item and they are refusing a refund and refusing to pay for return postage.
it is just outside ebays 30 day rule so my “ask ebay to step in” option isnt there.
anyone have any advice on how i can actually ask ebay for help please?
