I paid for an item and received confirmation email then a yodel email but it’s been stuck as “received “ by yodel for days. the product does not appear in my purchases so have I been scammed?
Did you by chance buy as a guest which is why it wont appear in your buyer history? You need to refer to the original email from ebay confirming the order and check the help pages by putting in buying as guest.
