Problems with global shipping service

Hi, I am having issues with their global shipping Global shipping service. I have a buyer in America who is being told I do not ship to his location. I managed to contact support on Monday who told me there was a global issue (see chat below) and it should be resolved in 24 hours, but it is still an issue.

i cannot send the item as the buyer cannot pay. When I tried to go back onto support I no longer get to talk to a person, it says this option is closed, I just get the auto bot and go round in circles. I can see other people have had similar issues but I can’t reply to their posts so started this one. If anyone knows how to resolve this I would really appreciate the help as currently very frustrated!

There is a global issue currently due to which all the sellers are facing issue with the GSP. However, there's nothing to worry, the technical team is already working on it on priority and will be fixed soon. I am sharing you profile ahead on high priority so they get it reflected back on your account first, will take few hours, but maximum time frame to reflect back will be 24-36hours

Just shows that it is best to do your own selling overseas, and posting direct.

 

That  way you would have been paid and posted.

 

Cheaper and faster.
