I purchased a projector from a seller but I didn’t like the product when it arrived. So I tried requesting a return but couldn’t find return details on my eBay. So I contacted the seller to request return to which he replied I cannot return as there is no evidence to say I purchased. I have my emails (proof of purchase) with receipt, shipping information, tracking information, delivery note etc. But the seller is still claiming I didn’t purchase. I have sent the proof to the seller but am now being ignored. How do I get my refund or report this seller please.?

Go to the original listing. Does it say the seller Accept Returns ?
Then, as lomg as you are still within 30 days of the item's last estimated date for delivery, go right of the item purchased in your Purchase History go to More Actions >> Return this Item.
If the seller has a No Returns policy on their listing, then for a change of mind resson you cannot send this item back for a refund.

Is the item showing as a purchase in this account - the one you have messaged from?
If not, and you bought as a guest, the seller will not have any record of dealing with you/this account. If you buy as a guest, you are just an anonymous member - there is no link between a guest purchase and the account the person usually uses.
You say you have emails confirming the purchase, if you bought as a guest, follow this procedure:
To start a return request or report a problem with an item you bought as a guest, you'll need your order confirmation email. This is the email we sent at the time of your purchase with all your order details. The subject line starts with "Order Confirmed".
