Problem with bid message

 Buyer is getting this message, I have had no problems with this or any other buyer, no one in blocked list & nothing ticked in preferences any ideas please ?

This issue has been coming up more so not sure if an eBay issue or not. However there is a work around. Ask your potential seller to goto buyer requirements and put you on an their exemption list. It seems to overide the issue. If it doesn't come back and I am sure one of us can come up with further help for you.
