Problem accepting a sellers offer.

Sorry if this problem has been raised already. I am experiencing problem accepting offers from sellers. I click on add to basket to buy their offer for a item, but receive this message :

There was an issue processing your request.

Never had this problem before.

I then cannot  go any further with the sale.  Can any body shed any light on this matter.

Not sure,  it may be that the seller has an immediate payment selected after sending an offer and they accept?

Try not to place item in the basket but to send the offer, if seller accepts ensure you have a card payment on file so that an immediate payment can be made.

you accept the offer through the offer and not by adding it to your basket.
