Pending Payment

I had an item where the tracking number was entered incorrectly into eBay. The item was delivered but obviously is showing as not delivered, even though the courier states it's delivered. Payment will not be released until it shows as delivered so as far as I can see I will never receive the funds as I can not show it as having been delivered.

Is there a way of actually contacting eBay as when I use the chat facility it just says funds pending until delivered and kicks me out of the chat?

Get a call back from ebay here and they can change the tracking for you,eBay Customer Service
