EBay simple delivery via Royal Mail presents the seller with three consecutive dates on which to choose collection. This is sensible, because private sellers can select the day that suits their work and other commitments. However, eBay seems to ignore the chosen date and book collection on a notional "promised" date. It is crazy. I have a collection on a day chosen by eBay when I am not at home. I looked for a QR code so I could take my parcel to the post office, as I don't have a printer. But the QR code won't appear because collection has now been ordered. It makes me despair.
