I’ve had an issue with the drop off point not accepting an item I’ve purchased and need to print a pre paid label to send to the seller but I can’t find any option to this…is there anyway I can do this? Any help would be greatly appreciated
If the seller has a problem with sending the item the best thing is for them to cancel the transaction, sort out the problem (eg. if your address is wrong on ebay you need to put that right) and then relist for you to buy again.
