Pre order doesn’t seem right

I’ve recently purchased a preorder for a Pokemon set being release on the 14th of November. Today the seller has posted what they have called using Royal Mail tracked 48. They said they create 2 labels 1 the order confirmation then the 2nd being the order that is due to be delivered to me next week, they have items sold and 100% positive feedback been a member since 2013 having almost 100 items sold.

my question is this doesn’t seem normal to me as the item will be marked as received but it will just be an order confirmation. They have said to me if I have any concerns I can issue a full refund.

it’s due to be delivered on the 7th November and the pre order they said they get on 13th November from distribution to be delivered next working day for the 14th. Do I hold out to see if it actually comes on the 14th next Friday? As it will be within the 30 days and can still issue a not as described case?

You have 30 days from the expected delivery date given to you when you paid, to make a claim.

When is that?

Your seller is probably trying to stop you claiming item not received by sending you the 'order confirmation'.  If you get that and not the set, then you need to open a case for item not as described before the 30 day period expires.  If you get nothing, then it's a case for item not received.

That 30 day period is crucial.
