Posting to USA on hold ?

Hi could anyone help I have an item listed that a customer in USA wants I have international shipping as an option only it’s saying I don’t ship to her when she goes to check out I rang e bay they say tariffs are on hold USA has anyone had this problem? Is there a way round it to get the item to the customer? TIA

There is no reason why you cannot ship to the USA yourself.

Global shipping means all costs are paid up front so on delivery nothing more to be paid.

With problems with tariffs, Global cannot ensure that all correct fees would be included in the cost. Posting yourself leaves any duties payable up to the buyer to pay on delivery.

It is also likely to work out cheaper for buyer, as I am sure that using Global is not free.

Thank you how do I do this through e bay how can buyer pay ? If it won’t
let her check out ? The article just talks about tariffs not how to do it
