I had to go away unexpectedly and wasn’t able to send it off by the date selected by eBay so now I’ve gone to send it and the QR code isn’t available. How do I sort this out?
eBay labels and QR codes are only valid for 14 days. You can either pay the postage yourself, or cancel/refund (via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your orders list) and relist for the buyer to buy and pay again.
