My items are not counterfeit

2 of my listed items have been removed by ebay stating that they are in breach of the counterfeit policy (ebay claims they are fake). These items are genuine and authentic. I purchased them myswlf from an official store, i have provided a picture of the reciept and the packaging also has a QR code which can be scanned to authenticate. I tried to appeal but havent had a reply. What can i do?

That is the bots speaking, it is really VERO.

Brand owners can ask ebay to remove their branded items for sale by unauthorised sellers.

The items are toy snow globes. Hardly luxury designer. If i remove the brand name from the listing would it help?

I suspect that will lots of new items as a private seller, ebay suspect they are fake items. 

Do not relist or ebay may suspend your account.
