Item lost in transit

Hi there! My item got lost in transit. Well I say lost but what happened was Evri said they couldn’t deliver my parcel because it got damaged and the pieces inside my parcel was gone. I emailed them for them to come back with saying “I will have to refer you back to ebay” 

does anyone have a link to contact eBay about this issue as I haven’t been able to find anything online and hopefully get my money back as I had to refund the buyer because of this issue?

Assuming it was sent using Simple Delivery if the buyer had opened a relevant case ebay would have issued the refund themselves and you keep the payment.  

Not sure what they will do now you've refunded but you can contact them by requesting a callback on here:
