Postage

I have noticed since using ebay postage that once postage is paid and I print label the postage payment is not being put back in my account with earnings, for instance sold item for 10 quid postage was 5.88 buyer paid the postage to me so made it 15.88 but only 10 quid went back to my account I have checked and no postage has been added back on about 12 items

Thank you for your post.

If you used eBay's simple delivery postage then the buyer pays the postage amount to eBay as eBay provides the label.
