Hello,
I recently sold an item with the postage specified as Royal Mail 48 tracked. However due to a mix up at the Post Office it was sent by standard 2nd class. I did add tracking to the listing & I can see from the Royal Mail website that it has been delivered, but the listing says funds pending awaiting delivery.
Is there anything I can do to amend it now?
