Item marked as dispatched but label didnt print

I tried to print my  postage label but the app crashed when restarted it had marked the item as dispatched and would let me print

It can't be cancelled because you're on Simple Delivery, unless you cancel the transaction altogether.  Are you able to try using a desktop?   If you still have problems contact ebay using callback on here:
