Postage

Hi, I need help, I’m a novice at this. I’m. A private seller. eBay have changed the way the list items now. I’m trying to list an item and when it comes to the postage option, it’s now not giving me the option to select if the buyer or the sellers has the option to pay for the postage. It’s now automatically using my eBay postage policy, which when I set it up I hadn’t a clue what to put as every item is different in size and weight but it wanted me to select different postal services and only put one price. Now I’m not getting any sales as my postage is set to high, as I didn’t want to be losing out on postage costs, and it’s now not selecting Simple delivery for any of my items. Please help, this is so frustrating. How do I change things?

Postage

Simple Delivery is now mandatory for all Private sellers.

Currently only Evri and Royal Mail are the service options available,  we are told other couriers will be joining .

Entering the correct weight and size will select the correct SD price for those items.

Be aware,  items under 100g, under £5 in value and oversize items,  those over 61cm are exempt from Simple Delivery and Custom Postage can be used.

Having said that, there is a current technical issue and Custom postage is not showing for those items.

There is a workaround.

From the link below Go To Solution and follow  the advice in Rick's answer to list your item.
