Payouts

I had a payout from eBay today which was less than I expected. I queried it with eBay and was told £3.38 had been deducted for payment of postage on another order. An order which I am unable to post as the Simple Delivery label will not scan at the post office. How on earth is Simple Delivery making our lives easier when it seems to be the most complicated thing ever?

Payouts

There is a current Royal Mail issue over the past few days, and many have been affected,  SD labels are not being able to be scanned at Post Offices.

Sellers are buying postage outside of SD just to be able to send their items on time.

For the unused label:

  • If you selected 'Buyer pays’ when you created the listing, your buyer will automatically be refunded for any Simple Delivery label that isn’t used after 30 days

  • If you selected ‘Seller pays’ and offered free postage on your listing, you'll need to fill out the Request a refund for Simple Delivery form for the label that wasn’t used. Make sure to send your request within 14 days of your item selling.
