Buyer didn’t pay enough postage

On a recent order, the buyer chose Parcelforce 48 for the method of posting. 

 

The buyer paid £5.88 but I paid £13.63. 

I’ve just sold another and he chose the same method only this time he paid for the postage in full. 

I’ve tried to contact eBay about it but getting nowhere.

Any ideas please?

Under Simple delivery if you have entered the correct weight and size of the item, if there was any discrepancy in postage price, eBay would pay that difference.  This would not be the case if incorrect details were entered.

 

Contact eBay Customer Services they may be able to see what has happened here.
