Hi all 

Is it just me or is there anyone else doing the same .since the new postage system has been up and running I'm paying double postage on all my memory items. 

When customers order they pay postage a label is generated by the time they have sent items to me the label has expired so then have to buy another label 

Am I doing something wrong with my listing's

Your items, which are handmade and can take 4 weeks to create and send, are listed with Simple Delivery which has a 3 day posting window - so, this is shown on your listings:

You really need to update to a business account. When you monetise a hobby and start trading, you should have a business account - see the link below.

Once you upgrade, you will not have to use Simple Delivery and will be able to have an extended delivery date.  Plus, of course, you won't be losing out on postage costs.
