I sold an item with postage details listed. Buyer bought through new eBay way of busing postage. Packaged it up & it’s now requiring a different weight & package size. I could usually change that before posting, but it was bought using the older wrong postage. How can I change it to the new weight & size, especially as the buyer has bought the item. If I took it to the post office they’d refuse it I’m sure as it’s wrong. HELP

With ebay's Simple Delivery you won't be able to cancel the label. You can either cancel the transaction via the dropdown arrow for the item on your orders list (a refund will be issued) and relist with correct postage for the buyer to buy and pay again. Let them know first.
Or buy the new label out of your own pocket. If you do that see if you can add the new tracking to the order by going to the Order Details > Postage > dropdown menu (beside track package) > Add Tracking > + Additional Tracking Number. If not contact ebay and ask them to do it. You can use callback on here:

again. They where advised & refund has been sent & received
I appreciate your reply
