BUYER PAYS PRICE OF ITEM plus postage you put on listing.
They have no option but to pay it, you then from money you receive buy the postage.
If it was the bag, £14.85 plus postage £2.94 so buyer pays you £17.79.
They cannot change that.
On your listing you say EVRI, are you sure that you have not been supplied with a label by ebay, who willhave charged you for postage? Have you looked at your Managed Payments Account, as all details are there.

To add to the above advice, Ebay take their cut of selling fees before the money goes into your account. It is something like 13.4% of the total price including postage. This amount can sometimes look like the postage, which is probably why a lot of sellers think they haven't been paid for the postage.
