Postage refund

Hi

I sold an item and bought the automatic postage label before I sent it the deal was cancelled so refunded the buyer. I wasn’t refunded the postage even though it wasn’t sent, how do I go about getting the refund please?

Go to orders, select Postage labels on lefthand side, then click on Actions dropdown menu for the label and select cancel or void Label.

It doesn’t give me that option to cancel or void label
