Postage mistake by seller

I made a stupid mistake yesterday. Through a series of errors I’ve posted two orders out using my usual method, but when I went to add the tracking numbers, I found that eBay had already assigned tracking numbers. I must have clicked through to look at that option, but clicked to far and activated it. So, I now have two orders posted out, with no way of eBay knowing they have arrived. I’m stuck, and I can’t make the automated response help option understand my situation.

If you find the items in 'orders', you should be able to edit the tracking.

Re: Postage mistake by seller

I realise I could have done this before, but there appears to be no way of doing this now. I can only click through the current tracking number to track it.
