I received an email 7 May detailing changes to postage from today 20 May which would include a new small parcel size (the size I use for most of my items). Many of my items listed have had the postage cost mysteriously increased from £3.44 to £5.15 so I have had to edit each item. The promised small parcel size is not available with ‘simple’ delivery so I have had to revert back to customer option. What on earth is going on and when will eBay actually do what they say they will do?
