Recently brought a mental shed with part's missing

Recently purchased a metal shed , a lot of it was damaged, and there's a part of the roof missing.  I've been in contact with the seller,  who tells me there're sending the part , which has been going on for a while now .. the company states there from stoke on trent on ebay , which i think to be false,  and are actually from China.. so that's false advertising.. so I'm now stuck with a shed with no roof .. please help as I'm going to have to take this down ,and buy another, with money I haven't got ..

If it's still within 30 days of the delivery date start a return on here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/buying/returns-refunds/return-item-refund?id=4041
select "Doesn't match description" and escalate it to eBay after 3 complete working days.

If it's more than 30 days it's too late to do anything via ebay but contact your payment provider and ask about a refund or chargeback.

If it came from Stoke on Trent that is where it is returned to at  sellers expense. 

I doubt very much that it came from  China although seller may be registered there.
