Postage Rates

Have listed an item with postage based on 2kg parcel weight. I have now packed the item in question and have checked the weight which almost 4kg! I have tried to revise listing but there is no facility to change the postage rate. How can I change it?

You cannot charge the buyer more than you quoted.

Seller is responsible for all details of a listing which includes postage.

Work out costs yourself and do not accept ebay suggested cost.

If this is for the wooden stock then go back to the active listing in your my ebay and revise using the more action option.

Your other items have bids so you can no longer revise those, and would have to pay any extra postage yourself.

Thank you for that but how do I print a label for the correct postage rate considering the actual weight?

I understand so I guess I print the postage label when ready to post and simply pay the difference at the post office when posting the parcel!

Best buy a new label at the Post Office.

Make sure it's sent as tracked, and then update/edit the tracking in your orders/sold items.
