Positive comment in Negative feedback

I have received 3 of my last 4 negative feedbacks as positive comments. Clearly the buyers have been making errors. After reading ebays policy it clearly states that a positive comment under a Negative feedback is a breach of ebay policy and will be removed.

After requesting removal of these feedbacks ebay refused each one. Has anyone else had this issue and if so, how can you escalate to a member of ebay staff with any Knowledge of their own policies?

The best way is to communicate with the buyers and arrange to send them FEEDBACK REVISION REQUESTS.

Negative comments in positive feedback, is what will be removed. What you have is resolved between buyer and seller, as above.,
