Evri made a poor choice of not posting through letter box my parcel of a cardboard box and place behind my parcel bin and it rained heavily, the seller has no more of the same item and really its Evri at fault ,seller suggested contacting ebay, but all guidance is to contact seller first to rectify issue ? Where will this go ?
