Buyer didn't pay for item after 4 days of being the successful bidder. Instead they requested to cancel order. I accepted this and relisted the item. The same buyer has bid and won the auction again, but at a much lower price! This has inhibited my ability to get the best price and seems extremely manipulative and unfair.
If you correctlycancel each unpaid item after 4 complete days and within 30 days of sale, they will be restricted from buying by eBay ... 2 unpaid strikes will prevent them from bidding on your items again. Cancel now if still in time >
