I have been completely mistreated by a seller and eBay just don't have an option for support. I have purchased a table from a company. The table was delivered and left outside, didn't ring doorbell or anything. This damaged the table as it was during the flood weeks that we've had recently. I managed to save most of it but one of the chairs was damaged and this wasn't due to the rain, it was just a faulty item. The whole table and chairs was very complicated to put together. I reached out to the seller before putting feedback on and requesting a refund to share the issues with delivery and also having a faulty chair. I also fedback that I think he needs to mention how difficult it is to put together because if I knew that, I wouldn't have ordered it. He called me before 7am in the morning and verbally abused me down the phone calling me disabled and saying I had a low IQ. He also called me a scammer saying I'm a liar. I don't know where to go with this. I've left negative feedback, it got removed as he's implying I've lied when I am not. I have a faulty table that is rubbish that cost nearly £200 and eBay are just unreachable. I've reported him but goodness knows where that is going.
Please if anyone has any advise, please send it my way. I have a faulty table and still receiving abusive messages from this seller 😔

Did you not try using eBay's 30 day Money Back Guarantee?
Buyers are protected by eBay's 30 Day Money Back Guarantee against their item not being as described.
Simply open an eBay return and select the 'doesn't match description or photos' or 'Arrived damaged'reason.
Your seller should then issue a pre-paid returns label or arrange for collection. If they don't, then after 3 business days you'll see an option appear to get eBay involved. Use this, and they'll issue you with a label or, if it's a big item and the seller isn't arranging cvollection they may just initiate a refund to you.
