Please help I don’t know what to do

Hi I sold an item which wasn’t received. Tracking shows it was lost. I refunded the buyer, how do I get my money back as it was evris fault, which they have admitted. As I’ve already refunded my buyer it just says case closed on my account so it doesn’t seem like I can recover the money. Do I have to take it up with Evri myself? Thanks in advance for anyone that helps! X

Yes, you have to put in a claim for yourself.   If you bought postage via ebay you can claim here:
