Permanently restricted

Hello everyone,

I’m reaching out because my account has been permanently restricted without any clear explanation or specific reason provided.

I’ve always followed the platform’s guidelines and tried to maintain a good standing. This sudden action has left me confused and concerned, especially since I wasn’t notified of any violations or given a chance to resolve the issue.

If anyone has faced a similar situation or knows how to escalate this properly, I would really appreciate your guidance or support.

Look at your defects on feedback page.

You have had some complaints about quality of items and not sorting it.

Unfortunately if ebay say permanent, your ebays are over.

Feedback is good no a lot negative review.

Feedback is not good!

The amount of negative feedbacks you have received for the number of sales you have made is poor and this has brought you below eBay's accepted standard for selling.

Your 3 negatives show very disappointed buyers in that you didn't respond with answers for items not delivered and those which were, were of a poor quality.  The 3 neutrals which do not impact your selling standard but they all show the same issues.

If you look at your star ratings your  Accurate Description and Communication are around 4.5 eBay expect at least 4.8 so your ratings have fallen,  haven't improved , and with a Permanent Restriction, sorry but  there is no returning to selling on eBay.

You need to look at defects, not just feedback. 

But as said, too late now as ebay have given permanent restriction.
